1. Services Eligible for Refund

SquadsOnline offers a variety of digital services, including web hosting, website development, digital marketing, and premium squad tools. Because our services are digital and often customized, eligibility for refunds is limited. Refunds may be considered for:

  • Web Hosting Services: If you cancel within the first 14 days of service activation and no major violations of our Terms of Service occur, you may request a full refund.
  • Website Design & Development Packages: Partial refunds may be issued if the project is canceled before significant development work has begun. Once the design phase is approved or major work is underway, refunds are generally not available.
  • Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, SMO): Due to the nature of digital marketing, refunds are not available once a campaign has been launched. However, if no work has been initiated, you may be eligible for a partial refund upon request.

Note: Customizations, setup fees, and third-party services are non-refundable.


2. Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed digital marketing campaigns
  • Custom website projects after delivery
  • Domain registration and renewal services
  • Paid consultations or strategy sessions
  • Premium features and squad upgrades once activated

Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund unless specified under this policy.
